Common questions
- More than one shop?
- Add locations under one login. Each location has its own line, barbers, hours and QR code. Bundle pricing lowers the per-location price as you add more.
- What happens after the trial?
- You choose to subscribe. If you don’t, the line stops accepting new customers, and your settings are kept.
- What if I send more than 1,000 texts?
- Texts above the included amount are billed at a small per-text rate. A typical shop with 10 or so walk-ins a day stays inside the allowance.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from the billing page.
