What we collect

When you join a line, we collect your name, your phone number, and the service and barber you choose. Shop owners also give us their business and billing details.

How we use it

We use your name and number only to run the line: to show the shop who is next and to text you about your place in line. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Text messages

By joining a line you agree to receive texts about your place in line from the shop. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Who can see it

Shop staff see your first name and service. Your phone number is not shown to staff in the app. Our service providers (hosting, text messaging, payments) process data on our behalf.

Keeping and deleting it
